The quarterly audit every artist should run on their brand.
Profile Photos and Bios
Pull up your bio on Spotify, Apple Music, Instagram, TikTok, and your website. Are the photos recognizable as the same person? Do the bios tell the same story—same genre, same era, same voice? Misaligned profiles confuse listeners. Pick one strong photo, one killer bio paragraph, and roll it out across all platforms. Update quarterly.
Link Consistency
Your links should point home. Every bio link should lead to the same place—your website, a Linktree, or a unified listening hub. Broken links and scattered destinations fragment your audience. Test every link before you publish. Remove old ones.
Visual Audit
Do your colors match across platforms? Is your logo used consistently—same sizing, same placement? Bold consistency reads as professionalism. Inconsistency reads as oversight. Take screenshots of your presence across five platforms and line them up. Do they feel like the same artist?
Voice and Tone
How do you write captions? Are you funny, earnest, mysterious, transparent? Pick a tone and stick to it. If you're cheeky on TikTok, don't turn robotic on your email newsletter. Your audience knows your voice. Consistency there builds trust and recognition.
